It was a bizarre experience. I purchased three items and was actually charged for four. I noticed straight away before leaving the register area and immediately took everything back to the cashier. What followed was a confused cashier and a supervisor who needed to actually check the video. I hadn’t even left the store at this point. 15 minutes later a extremely mild half apology my false purchase was refunded all the while I was made to feel that I was in the wrong. People you need to check your receipts in this place. Don’t let this happen too you! Most inconvenient and a little embarrassing!

One of the few shops in Australia that carries 34 and 36 sized shirts and suits for men. Good quality too.

What in the world is going on in here? The women's section is a MESS. There was only 2-4 items of the same thing (at best) and shared racks with other random things. It felt like rummaging through an op shop - which TBH are way more orderly and organised and better presented. I used to LOVE Zara. Now it's soooo bad.

Unfriendly, not well informed about their products. Lazy staff, doesn't want to help or do their work. Level up Zara, your service is appalling. Especially the staff who worked at the fitting room today 28th Sep in the Chatswood store.

I usually go to Zara for shopping, and most of the time there is no issue. But today i had an unpleasant experience at Zara Chatswood due to rude staff in trial room. And this is not first time for the Chatswood store. Lack of professionalism and indifference towards customers left me feeling undervalued. Disappointing service and minimal assistance provided. Improvement in staff training needed for better customer experiences.
